FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200.00 (CONTINENTAL U.S.):
Unless otherwise stated, all orders will be shipped within 72 hours. We ship via USPS Priority or UPS Common Carrier. If a shipment is returned “undeliverable” due to customer provided incomplete or incorrect delivery information, product will be re-packaged and reshipped at customer cost. Any damaged product will be charged directly to the customer. We do not ship C.O.D. RETURNS: You can return, for replacement, any item that is received damaged or is an incorrect item ordered. We are not responsible for nor will we replace any used/burned candles. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If your shipping carton is damaged, you should report it directly to us as well as the carrier. A claim must be filed. The carrier company will reimburse us so we can either offer a refund or replacement. ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED: Contact Shipping @ 888.258.7868 for your Return Authorization Number. (RMA#) You must write this number on the outside of your return shipping label. If an item is returned and received by us without a RMA#, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any item that is returned that is not damaged or is not an incorrectly shipped item, will also incur a 15% restocking fee. |
